The Routine Foot Care treatment is ideal for someone who either cannot comfortably reach their feet or simply prefers professional foot care. These may be older adults, people with reduced flexibility or mobility, busy professionals on their feet all day, or anyone who values regular maintenance to prevent issues before they develope.

One of the core areas of routine foot care is nail maintenance. This includes:

• Nail trimming – keeping nails a healthy, comfortable length.
• Excessive cuticle removal – which improves appearance and reduces risk of infection.
• Thickened nail reduction – for nails that have become hard or compacted.
• Curved or involuted nail trimming – to reduce soreness and help prevent ingrowing nails.

These treatments keep the nails manageable, reduce pressure in footwear and support healthy growth.

Skin care is just as important addressing issues inculding:

• Corn removal – which often gives immediate relief from sharp, pinpoint pain.
• Callus removal – reducing hard skin build-up and restoring comfort.
• Heel smoothing – ideal for rough, dry, or cracked heels.

These treatments help maintain soft, healthy skin. They also prevent cracks, pressure points, and discomfort that can affect mobility.

Every appointment finishes with:

• Protective nail oil – to support flexible, hydrated nails.
• A professional-grade foot lotion – massaged into the feet to improve hydration and circulation.

NAIL CARE – £36

Ideal if you struggle to trim your own nails because they are too thick, too hard or you just can’t reach

NAIL CARE PLUS – £38

For toenails that need extra care. Includes an Involuted nail trim and/or callus removal from the nail sidewalls. A typically painful condition mainly affecting the Hallux nails (Big toe) which may mimic an ingrown nail

NAIL CARE MAX - £40

For late stage involuted or ingrown nails that have become embedded into the surrounding skin. This procedure requires extensive but slow techniques to avoid further inflammation while removing enough nail to relieve the discomfort. Often combined with Onyfix Nail Bracing (See Specialist Foot Health for details) 

CALLUS CARE – £38

Includes scalpel work and/or E-File debridement to reduce thickened callus around the toes, soles & heels

Please note that callus is never completely eliminated for two reasons. Firstlythis would leave your feet sore and extremely sensitive; secondly a minimal amount of callus on your feet is essential to protect the skins soft tissue layer from daily stresses

CORN CARE – £40

Includes scalpel and specialist blade work to remove painful corns; followed by an E-File polishing process to smooth the affected area

DOUBLE CARE – £42

Combines: Corn Care & Callus Care
